Do you remember the Sweater Disaster I had with the Artfibers Hokkaido yarn? It looked SO pretty when I first took it off the needles but it grew and grew and eventually my mother frogged it for me and then I tried to swatch it to figure out how to make the sweater again to compensate for the growth and I got all muddled and the yarn has been hibernating ever since.
So, after letting it sit for a bit, I suddenly realized that this yarn did NOT want to become a sweater. Don't get me wrong, I would love for it be a sweater, but it just doesn't want to be one.
But I bet it will be VERY HAPPY as a Milk Run Shawl. It might not look like much right now,but I'm feeling very optimistic that this yarn and this pattern are just meant to be. Wish us luck!
